A gem of a show Asia's leading jewellery event, the five-day HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, offers many sparkling opportunities for buyers. This important show is one that every industry player wanting to expand business cannot afford to miss. One of the world's top three jewellery shows, this event offers participants the perfect platform to source the latest stones and styles, to forge vital new relationships and to strengthen existing ties.
The event's longevity is testament to its success. The 2009 show featured more than 2,350 exhibitors from 46 countries and regions, and included representation from 22 group pavilions. These pavilions, which feature various countries and regions as well as industry associations, are always a strong element of the show and attract a great deal of interest from visitors.
The Hong Kong International Jewellery Show attracts many thousands of visitors who understand the importance of this event in the global jewellery trade calendar. The 2009 show attracted around 30,000 buyers from 124 countries and regions; these include importers, wholesalers, retailers ranging from department stores to specialist jewellery boutiques, designers and stylists.
The 27th edition of the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show in 2010 will be celebrated with the improvement and extension in exhibiting space following the successful completion of the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre expansion.
